Excellent amenities
well-equipped gym on-site sauna outdoor playground
I found a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The spa had a sauna and a steam room. The outdoor playground was also great it included swings and slides.

great food family friendly large room new staff pool restriction key card
The location was superb, and the room was quite large. The jurassic park onsite is fantastic. Dinner in the restaurant tasted very good and breakfast was as well. I liked the family friendly environment.
The staff seemed new and slower than before. I booked the pool and was told to stay at one end due to lessons. My key card stopped working, requiring a battery fix.

poor soundproofing outdated equipment
The room temperature was hard to regulate. It was either too hot or too cold, and i couldn't find a comfortable setting. i also noticed the soundproofing wasn't great, and i could hear noise from the hallway and nearby rooms, difficult to relax fully. the breakfast service was a bit slow. It took a while to get my order and the staff seemed overwhelmed. finally, the gym equipment was a bit outdated. Some of the machines were not working properly or showed signs of wear.

cute staff really good breakfast clean rooms
The staff was very cute and helpful. Breakfast offered a fantastic selection of items. The hotel had great entertainment in the lobby during the evenings. Rooms were consistently clean and very family friendly, which I really appreciated. I found it well-suited for families with children.
I noticed that the towels in the family room were limited. We had to request an additional towel .

The location proved convenient with the dinosaur park being within a short walk. The city center was accessible via a ten minute drive. This made exploring local attractions quite easy.

Our room was quite spacious and well maintained, contributing to a comfortable experience. The beds were very comfortable, so it was easy to rest well. The room temperature was easily adjustable.

I enjoyed meals in the bar on several occasions. The food was of excellent quality. The service was attentive, so I always felt catered to. The variety of options available was pleasing.
