I had a great experience at this hotel, enjoying the welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service throughout my stay. The rooms were lovely, especially with the festive vibes during Christmas time. However, there were some areas that could use improvement, such as the dining options at times falling short of expectations and a minor hiccup with my check-in process. Overall, it was a relaxing getaway with my friends, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Kilkenny.
